In February 2017 Softwest Software moved their accounting system from Geni to Xero. The move was prompted by their desire to have all services in ‘the cloud’.

Catholic Colleges moving to CEWA domain
Late in 2017 Softwest Software assisted a number of Catholic Colleges move their Maze databases to the CEWA domain.
WSDesk helpdesk ticketing system
In December 2017 Softwest Software installed a WordPress plugin called WSDesk to their website to assist clients in managing their helpdesk requests.
Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA)
In May 2017 we signed a contract with CEWA to assist in their Leading Lights program deployment. Our role is to assist in the Data migration from the catholic colleges Maze administration system into their developing Dynamics 365 solution.
Our role includes:-
Providing expertise, consultancy and system integration
services to the Leading Lights Program of work and its
associated components. This in particular includes the
expertise around MAZE, Microsoft CRM, Integration,
SSIS.
